REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Because every candle is handmade to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your candle arrives damaged or broken please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

We do not offer refunds for orders that show delivered tracking status. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package please check with your local post office and neighbors first then contact us.
